- If there is an error in the measurements from our store, ALS will offer alterations for orders within the UAE for free within 14 days of delivery.
- If the item is damaged during delivery, ALS must be notified within 24 hours for a return or exchange to be considered.
Refunds are not available for any item or situation. In cases where customers provide incorrect measurements, ALS will allow a return for alterations, with a charge of 100 AED, excluding shipping expenses.
